March Recap
March was a busy and productive month for our team, with strong representation across multiple industry events, dealer meetings, and conferences throughout the country. From regional showcases to national conferences, our sales and marketing teams continued to build relationships, support partners, and expand our presence across key markets. These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to staying engaged with customers, strengthening partnerships, and driving growth across all regions.

Peirce-Phelps Show
We were proud to exhibit at the Peirce Phelps show, where Southeast Regional Manager James Caldwell and Northeast Regional Sales Manager Mark Buckley represented our team. Their presence allowed us to connect with customers in the region, showcase our solutions, and strengthen relationships with key partners.

Mingledorff’s Dealeer Meeting
At the Mingledorffs dealer meeting, Southeast Regional Sales Manager James Caldwell and Inside Sales Representative Joey Little represented our company. The event provided a great opportunity to engage directly with dealers, discuss product offerings, and reinforce our support within the network.

Williams Distributing Daikin Dealer Event
Our team participated in the Williams Distributing event, represented by Midwest Regional Sales Manager Kevin Gibbs and Independent Sales Representative Jake Oglesby of Thomas J. Finnegan. The event allowed us to connect with distributors and highlight our solutions to a broader audience in the Midwest region.

MCE Mostra Convegno Expocomfort
Sebastien Rinjonneau represented our team at MCE Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, one of the leading international events for HVAC and energy efficiency. His attendance supported our global engagement efforts, provided exposure to emerging technologies, and strengthened connections within the international market.
April Outlook
April will be focused on operational improvements and continued customer engagement across key regions. Alongside important internal efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy, our team will remain active in the field, connecting with partners and supporting distributor events. These initiatives reflect our commitment to delivering reliable service while strengthening relationships and maintaining a strong presence in the market.

U.S. Distribution Center Inventory Closure
Our U.S. distribution center will be closed from Monday, April 6th through Friday, April 10th as we conduct a full inventory count. This initiative is designed to improve shipping accuracy and ensure our manufacturing facilities remain focused on producing the inventory our customers need most. As we approach five years since the opening of the distribution center, this milestone effort supports continued operational excellence and long term efficiency.

AACA Parts & Supplies Open House in Granbury
Our Southwest Regional Sales Manager, Curt Hughes, will attend the AACA Parts and Supplies open house at their Granbury branch on Friday, April 10th. This event provides an opportunity to connect with customers, support local partners, and showcase our product offerings.

Our Canadian operations will be closed on Friday, April 3rd, due to Good Friday.

Our U.K. operations will be closed on Friday, April 3rd, due to Good Friday, and Monday, April 6th, due to Easter Monday.
