These activities help expand our industry presence, build valuable relationships, and support the growth of our business across North America.
Welcome Ashton Hughes
We are excited to welcome Ashton Hughes to NDL as our newest Inside Sales Representative. Ashton brings experience in inventory management, receiving, and customer support through previous roles at J.R.V. Heating & Cooling LLC and Sam’s Club. Based in Texas, Ashton expands our inside sales presence and will play an important role in supporting customers and sales teams across North America as we continue to grow.
Winlectric HVAC Division Vendor & Counter Day
Our Southeast Regional Sales Manager, James Caldwell, joined Chris Craft from Target Sales to represent NDL at the Jacksonville Winlectric HVAC Division Vendor & Counter Day. The event provided an opportunity to connect directly with contractors, counter personnel, and customers, while showcasing NDL’s HVAC-R product offering and strengthening relationships within the local market.
AACA Parts & Supplies Open House
Our Southwest Regional Sales Manager, Curt Hughes, represented NDL at an AACA Parts & Supplies Open House at their Mesquite branch. Events like these allow us to engage directly with customers, answer product questions, gather valuable feedback, and reinforce our commitment to supporting distribution partners throughout the region.
HARDI Focus Conference
Our Southeast Regional Sales Manager, James Caldwell, and Marketing Manager, Lucas Petty, attended the HARDI Focus Conference in Clearwater, Florida. The conference brought together HVAC-R manufacturers, distributors, and industry professionals to discuss market trends, leadership development, and business strategies. The event provided valuable insights and networking opportunities that will help support future growth and customer engagement initiatives.
June Outlook
June will be another active month for our team as we continue connecting with customers, supporting industry events, and strengthening our presence across the HVAC-R and refrigeration markets. From major industry conferences to customer appreciation events and networking opportunities, these activities help reinforce our commitment to supporting partners and staying engaged with the industries we serve.
ATMO America 2026
Our Vice President of Sales, Amit Gutbir, National OEM Sales Manager, Paul Millard, and Sales Engineer, Zenaida Cruz, will be attending and exhibiting at ATMO America 2026 on June 2–3. As one of the leading events focused on natural refrigerants and sustainable cooling technologies, the conference provides an excellent opportunity to connect with industry professionals, discuss the latest developments in CO₂ refrigeration, and showcase NDL’s growing portfolio of natural refrigerant solutions.
Refrigerative Supply Annual Golf Tournament
NDL will be sponsoring and hosting a hole-in-one contest at Refrigerative Supply’s Annual Golf Tournament on June 2. Participants will have the opportunity to compete for a 2026 Ford F-150, awarded to the first golfer to record a hole-in-one during the event. We look forward to supporting another great industry gathering while spending time with customers and partners in a fun and engaging setting.

Our Southwest Regional Sales Manager, Curt Hughes, will be attending the HARDI Southwest Conference. The event brings together distributors, manufacturers, and industry leaders from across the region to discuss market trends, business challenges, and opportunities for growth.
