July Recap
July kept our team on the road, connecting with customers, distributors, and industry professionals through leadership development, customer appreciation events, and international trade shows. From strengthening relationships across Western Canada to exhibiting at one of Latin America’s leading refrigeration conferences, we continued expanding our presence and supporting the HVAC-R industry.

HARDI Emerging Leaders Conference
Our Marketing Manager, Lucas Petty, attended the HARDI Emerging Leaders Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event brought together the next generation of HVACR leaders for professional development, networking, and discussions focused on the future of the industry. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with peers from across North America and gain new perspectives that will help drive future marketing initiatives at NDL Industries.

Master Group Customer Appreciation – Lethbridge
Our Head of Business Excellence, Adam Maglio, attended Master Group’s Customer Appreciation Event at their Lethbridge branch. The event provided an opportunity to connect with contractors, customers, and industry partners while strengthening relationships and supporting one of our valued distribution partners.

Master Group Customer Appreciation – Edmonton
Adam also represented NDL Industries at Master Group’s Customer Appreciation Event at their North Edmonton branch. Spending time with customers and distributors continues to be an important part of building strong partnerships and gaining valuable insight into the needs of the HVAC-R industry.

RefriAméricas 2026
Our Southeast Regional Sales Manager, James Caldwell, and Sales Engineer, Zenaida Cruz, represented NDL Industries at RefriAméricas 2026 in Miami, Florida. Throughout the event, they connected with refrigeration professionals from across the Americas, discussed our expanding portfolio of HVAC-R and CO₂ refrigeration products, and showcased solutions designed to support the industry’s transition toward natural refrigerants. RefriAméricas continues to be an excellent opportunity to strengthen relationships and engage with the growing Latin American refrigeration market.
