June Recap

August was full of exciting developments for the NDL team. From new additions to our growing crew to industry recognition and meaningful in-person connections, we kept the momentum going. We’re looking forward to what’s next as we continue to show up and support the HVAC-R community.

New Vice President – Steven Parewyck

Steven brings over 30 years of global leadership experience in operational strategy, supply chain management, and team development. From his early career in the Belgian Armed Forces to executive roles across four continents, Steven has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth. Most recently, he served as General Manager at Vitrum Glass Group in Canada, where he led strategic transformation across three manufacturing sites. With a passion for building high-performing teams and optimizing operations, Steven is a great addition to our leadership group.

New Sales Engineer – Zenaida Cruz

Based in Georgia, Zenaida brings valuable experience from her years working at Hussmann, where she held various roles, most recently as an Application Engineer. With a strong foundation in refrigeration, sales, and engineering, she adds a well-rounded perspective to our growing sales team. Please join us in wishing Zenaida a warm welcome to the team!

We’re Shortlisted at the RAC Cooling Awards

Proud to announce that we are shortlisted at the RAC Cooling Awards for the second year in a row! Our CO2 Service Tee has been recognized in the Refrigeration Product of the Year – Components or Peripherals category, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.

HARDI Emerging Leaders Conference

We had a great time at the HARDI Emerging Leaders Conference! Our Vice President of Sales, Amit Gutbir, is a part of the Emerging Leader program, and we’re happy to see him contributing to the conversations that will shape the future of HVAC-R.

Moore Supply Counter Day

Thanks to everyone who joined us at Moore Supply Co.! Our Southwest Regional Sales Manager, Curt Hughes, represented us at this event and was also joined by John Scott and JJ Salais from Texas Reps.

Seth St. Romaine from United Components will represent us at Sid Harvey’s contractor day on Thursday, August 14th, at their Scarborough branch.

The Corken Steel Products Company Home Comfort Expo

Our Midwest Regional Sales Manager, Kevin Gibbs, MBA, and Jacob Robinson from Thomas J. Finnegan will represent us at this event on Thursday, August 28th in Florence, Kentucky.
