November has been a month of growth and outreach for us at NDL. From updates to our website and participation in international conferences to inspiring the next generation of HVAC-R professionals and preparing for year-end operations in our EU/UK Distribution Center, we’ve been busy paving the way for an exciting close to the year.
EU/UK Distribution Update
December marks one year since our EU/UK Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire opened! To ensure continued timely order processing and accurate shipments, we will conduct a full inventory count from Tuesday, December 3rd, to Thursday, December 5th. Please contact our EU Area Representative, Sebastien Rinjonneau for additional questions and support.

December Outlook
December is shaping up to be a month of connection and reflection at NDL. Our sales team will be actively engaging with industry peers at the HARDI Annual Conference, while we prepare to pause operations from December 25th to January 1st.
HARDI Annual Conference
We’ll be attending the HARDI Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia next week! Our Vice President of Sales, Amit Gutbir, and Regional Sales Managers, Kevin Gibbs, Angie Wert, James Caldwell, and Curt Hughes will represent us at this event.
Holidays we’re observing
All NDL operations will be closed from Wednesday, December 25th to Wednesday, January 1st. We will resume normal operations on Thursday, January 2nd.
